I have been thinking about what recipes to include in this section. Since I want my first recipes to relate to HAPPINESS, I have chosen Aunt Dorothy's Wedding Punch (mom Granaas served this for the wedding receptions of my cousins) and Angela's flan, which I tasted at the Mexican Elder Restaurant in El Paso.
Since it's summer, try the recipe for Prosciutto Figs below; it's a wonderful seasonal appetizer. We've also added some delicious ways to prepare apples and beets.
